Description
rProtein A Magnetic Beads are superparamagnetic affinity beads designed for rapid and efficient purification of monoclonal antibodies, polyclonal antibodies, and Fc-tag fusion proteins. Recombinant Protein A is immobilized on magnetic agarose microspheres, enabling high-specificity binding to the Fc region of immunoglobulins.
The beads combine magnetic separation with high binding capacity agarose matrix, allowing fast, one-step antibody purification without centrifugation or column-based procedures.
