rProtein A/G Magnetic Beads are superparamagnetic affinity beads designed for versatile and efficient purification of monoclonal antibodies, polyclonal antibodies, and Fc-tag fusion proteins. The beads combine recombinant Protein A and Protein G ligands immobilized on magnetic agarose microspheres, providing broad binding specificity to a wide range of immunoglobulins.
This dual-ligand system enables stronger and more universal IgG binding compared to Protein A or Protein G alone, making it suitable for antibody purification from various species and subclasses.
The magnetic format allows fast separation using a magnetic rack without centrifugation or chromatography columns, enabling simple and efficient workflows.
