CCN Bio Glutathione Magnetic Beads are high-performance magnetic agarose beads designed for rapid, one-step purification of glutathione S-transferase (GST)-tagged recombinant proteins. The beads are covalently coupled with glutathione ligands on highly cross-linked magnetic agarose, providing high binding capacity, excellent specificity, and gentle elution conditions that preserve protein activity.
The superparamagnetic agarose matrix enables fast magnetic separation without centrifugation or filtration, significantly simplifying purification workflows. The beads are compatible with GST-tagged proteins expressed in bacterial, yeast, insect, and mammalian expression systems, as well as native glutathione-binding proteins and glutathione S-transferases.
With a particle size of approximately 30–100 μm, CCN Bio Glutathione Magnetic Beads exhibit excellent suspension properties, rapid magnetic responsiveness, and low nonspecific protein binding, making them ideal for protein purification, immunoprecipitation, pull-down assays, and protein interaction studies.
