Description
Anti-DYKDDDDK Magnetic Beads are superparamagnetic affinity beads designed for rapid and specific immunoprecipitation and purification of FLAG-tagged (DYKDDDDK) recombinant proteins.
The beads are conjugated with high-affinity anti-FLAG monoclonal antibodies immobilized on magnetic agarose microspheres, enabling strong and specific capture of FLAG-tagged fusion proteins under native conditions.
The magnetic format allows fast and convenient separation using a magnetic rack, eliminating centrifugation and column-based purification steps, and enabling gentle handling to preserve protein activity.
