Description
CCNBio Ni NTA Magnetic Beads are superparamagnetic affinity beads designed for rapid purification of 6×His-tagged recombinant proteins. The beads are based on highly uniform magnetic agarose microspheres functionalized with NTA ligands and charged with Ni²⁺ ions, enabling strong and specific binding to His-tagged proteins.
These beads combine the advantages of magnetic separation and agarose-based high binding capacity, allowing fast and convenient protein purification without centrifugation or filtration. The product is compatible with common biological buffers and a variety of additives, making it suitable for research and high-throughput applications.
